Made from ethically raised Ontario pork, seasoned with salt and pepper and dry oven roasted so it is ready to slice and serve after heating. Full instructions are provided on the item label. Porchetta Heat and Carve: Place porchetta in a roasting pan and cook at 325F for approximately 1 hour until thoroughly hot (160F). Ovens may vary in temperature. Remove, carve and serve. Heating options for stovetop, microwave and smoker also provided.
